Im looking to buy a street bmx bike and my price limit is $350 nothing more expensive than that but I would like for it to come with a 25t sprocket and a 25:9 gear ratio and the rest doesnt matter but I want to start ridin bmx I have a xgames one from toys r us and am looking to step up to something better

A. First off...the Eastern Cobra doesn't come with 25/9 gearing (which is the number of teeth in the sprocket/chainwheel and the number of teeth on the cassette cog).It comes with a 30t sprocket and a 12t cassette cog.
30/12 = 2.5:1
25/9 = 2.77:1 harder to pedal then 30/12 but higher top speed
25/12 = 2.08:1 easier to start pedaling but lower top speed
Also it's pretty stupid to say "I want it to come with a 25t sprocket and a 25/9 gear ratio"...(and not know what it means)..."and the rest doesn't matter" is a STUPID thing to say.
What's more important then the gear ratio (which can easily be switched by buying a smaller sprocket and cog)?
Making sure you buy a bike intended for the style of riding you plan on doing (street/park/vert,dirt jump/trails,flatland,racing)...
Making sure you're getting the absolute best value for your money.
Making sure the bike has either a 100% chromoly frame and fork or a chromoly main frame (toptube,downtube,seat tube,and head tube are chromoly) because chromoly tubing is stronger and lighter then hi-tensile steel tubing of the same thickness and diameter.The Eastern Cobra and the United Recruit both sport full hi-tensile steel frames...and neither comes with pegs (if you were planning on riding street/park and doing grinds or peg stalls).
You say you'll spend up to $350 maximum...so let's look at some better bikes with better parts from danscomp.com

Q. I'm sure that many people have heard about Pamper's Swaddlers 1 purchase=1 vaccine... or something like that anyhow. Well, I didn't know that you had to go online and type in the code in order for the baby to get the vaccination. I got to thinking... I bet there are many people who do not know this! ...

A. Those codes are for the grow with me program. You only need to enter them if you are wanting to keep up with the points. Otherwise they keep track of the purchases. Not sure who told you that but they were wrong.

Some of them are like gift cards to applebees or starbucks, others are toys, then there are stationary cards and pictures to order from shutterfly. The choices change. So even if there isn't something you see you would like right now there might be by the time you get enough points. If you search in google there are also promo codes that can be entered to give you extra points. As well if you buy at babies-r-us and have joined their club you can get the points and a free pack of diapers after every 10 I believe. I haven't done that in the past but now with my two I'm going to.
