Does anyone know how to get nerf guns imported into Australia?
Q. Just wondering if anyone knows how to get them to Australia seeing as Amazon and Toys R Us don't ship to Australia and Ebay offers a limited stock. The more I look the more I consider going onto the black market. Any ideas will be appreciated thanks.

A. Amazon.com ships internationally, but all items are not eligible for International shipping. Check this Firefox add-on, it may be helpful to you to find amazon.com international shipping eligible items @ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/219053/

Why do Katie Couric, et al conduct a telethon for retailers?
Q. Another holiday shopping season is upon us, and that can mean only one thing: TV news anchors reminding consumers that the nation's retailers are COUNTING on us to spend spend spend, otherwise they won't have as profitable a year as they had hoped.

Every year, it's the same damn thing. Dan Rather, Peter Jennings and Tom Brokaw did it as well. They've turned themselves into Sally Struthers for Toys R Us.

Has anybody else noticed this shilling for retailers?

A. For the same reason that every TV show in the ABC sphere is pushing that AUSTRALIA film--they have an INTEREST in parting you from your money by selling you a product.

The networks are part of conglomerates that sell crap to people. These networks are owned by major corporations that make everything from refrigerators to guided missile systems. They own theme parks, auto manufacturers, you name it--they have their dirty fingers in every pie.

News isn't news anymore--it's a corporate product.

Read the paper and watch cartoons instead....honestly, you'll probably be better informed.
