Q. It was directly or almost directly across the old Toys R Us location on Sepulveda. I believe a pet store(not Petco) was right next to it. The place was always dark and I recall smoking was permited there. A surly old woman ran the place, but they had the greatest ribs and pancakes.
A. Could it have been a deli restaurant? If so, it may be The Rollin Rye. I never saw it at it's previous location. It moved to the shopping area where Sepulveda and Jefferson split. I changed jobs which moved me out of the area and I must admit I did not try the ribs, but it sounds kind of like that place. z
Can I return merchandise to a differant Toys R Us location?
Q. I bought some stuff from a Toys R Us(out of town) and I'm wondering if I can take it back to the location near my house. They are currently closed right now. Don't open till 10am
A. AS long as you have the receipt you can.
I have just got Arceus through a Toys R Us event, but how and where do I get the plates for it to change types?
Q. Just so you guys know who don't have an Arceus, go to Toys R Us with your DS and a Diamond, Pearl or Platinum game. Go to the game section and Arceus is yours, but you have to do it between 11/7/2009-11/15/2009.
A. Congratulations on obtaining Arceus. Here is a list of locations for all of Arceus' plates, as well as the types whose moves each plate boosts.
Draco Plate (Dragon): Interact with the back of the statue at Eterna City. Use the Dowsing Machine to help you.
Dread Plate (Dark): Old Chateau - At the top of the stairs, go through the door to the north. The Plate is in a Poké Ball in the left hand room. (Cut is required to enter the Old Chateau)
Earth Plate (Ground): Oreburgh Gate (cave on the west side of Oreburgh City) - Inside, go up the path in the middle of the room, and go down the stairs at the end to reach the basement. Surf to the very left of the basement on the lake, and see two Pokeballs at the end. Use Strength to move the boulders surrounding them, one of them contains the Earth Plate. (Rock Smash, Surf, and Strength are required to reach the Earth Plate)
Fist Plate (Fighting): Route 215 - In a Pokeball near the left siade of the route. The Pokeball is right by a Black Belt trainer. (Cut is required to reach the Pokeball)
Flame Plate (Fire): Stark Mountain - Interact with the the wall at the end of a path, on the left side (you can only move left along this path) of the big room (the one you enter after meeting your rival). Hint: The path with the plate is in between two depressions (one above the path and on below). TM50 is found in a Pokeball in the depression above the path. (Strength and Rock Smash are required to go through Stark Mountain)
Another way to get the Flame Plate (in Platinum only), is to put your event Arceus on your party and talk to a Hiker at Oreburgh Mine. He will give you a Flame Plate.
Icicle Plate (Ice): Show the HM Rock Climb to the man in the house on Route 217, and he will give you an Icicle Plate. (Rock Climb required)
Insect Plate (Bug): Eterna Forest - Interact with the rock wall to the right of the Old Chateau. Use the Dowsing Machine to help you find it. (Cut is required to reach the rock wall)
Iron Plate (Steel): Iron Island - Hidden in a depression in the far southeastern corner of the third floor (the same room where you meet Riley). Use the Dowsing Machine to help you find it.
Meadow Plate (Grass): At Route 210, use Defog to clear the fog. Up the easternmost waterfall, the meadow Plate is hidden in a rock wall beneath a bridge.
Mind Plate (Psychic): Solaceon Ruins - On the seventh (last) floor, in the room with a message on the wall.
Sky Plate (Flying): Outside Victory Road exit, three tiles south of the southwestern Pokeball statue. Use the Dowsing Machine since the plate is hidden.
Splash Plate (Water): On a tiny island on Route 220. You can Surf south of Sandgem Town onto Route 219, and follow the ocean path.
Spooky Plate (Ghost):
Amity Square (Diamond and Pearl) - Next to one of the stone houses on the eastern side of the park.
Amity Square (Platinum)- On one of the plateaus that can be reached through the warp points in the stone huts.
Stone Plate (Rock): In a cave by the waterfall on the fourth floor of Mt. Coronet. (Surf, Rock Climb and Waterfall required to reach the cave in Diamond and Pearl. Strength in also needed in Platinum.)
Toxic Plate (Poison): Hidded in northeast corner (Area 2) of the Great Marsh.
Zap Plate (Electric): Hidden in front of the light house at Sunyshore City.
Alternatively, all 16 Plates can be dug up in the Underground. Good Luck in finding all the plates.

Where can you buy the cheapest xbox 360 arcade and has to be the jasper version?
Q. my location is in the philippines. toys r us is one of my options here.
A. Used at Amazon.com...also I've found that they are more reliable than ebay. Tons of scammers on ebay, none that I've found on Amazon... If you want to be sure that you get a console with the Jasper chip though pay whatever top dollar is for the Arcade right now or find it on sale at a local store. The internet is filled with people trying to sell their broken 360's that are no longer under warranty...
